Ingredients: Raw Sushi-grade Salmon, cubed, 2 Signature Sauces by Chef Jerome Ferrer.

Serving Instructions : Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour half of the salmon into a mixing bowl. Add your choice of sauce, and mix gently. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Can be stored in the Refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not freeze.
