Traditional New England Clam Chowder (2 x 500ml)

Ingredients: Clams, Leeks, Potatoes, Corn, Onions, Green Shallots, Bacon, Cream, Milk, Cornstarch, Salt, Pepper.

Allergies: Dairy Products, Shellfish

Serving Instructions: Stove Top Instructions: Pour the soup into a saucepan and warm the preparation 5 to 10 minutes over low heat.
Microwave Instructions: Pour the soup into a bowl and warm 2 to 4 minutes.

Can be stored in the Refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not freeze.



Tomato Gazpacho (2 x 500ml)

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Celery, Cucumber, Red Peppers, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Tabasco, White Wine Vinegar, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Pour the contents of the bag vacuum-sealed bag into a saucepan and reheat on the stove top over a low flame, for 5 to 10 minutes. Season to taste.

Chefs Recommendation: Add some croutons, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice before serving. Bon appétit!

French Onion Soup with Croutons and Grated Gruyère (1L)

Ingredients: Onion, Vegetable Broth, Olive Oil, Croutons, Gruyère Cheese, Salt, Pepper.

Allergies: Gluten, Dairy

Serving Instructions: Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag into a saucepan. Reheat for 5-10 minutes over low flame. Pour the soup evenly into oven-safe bowls. Top soup with Croutons and Grated Gruyère. Broil in oven until golden brown. Bon Appetit !

"Parmentier" Potato & Parsnip Soup with Bacon (2 x 500ml)

Ingredients: Potatoes, Parsnips, Bacon, Milk, Salt, Pepper
