Salmon Rillettes with Maple Syrup (200g)

Ingredients: Salmon, Smoked salmon, Onions, Whole milk, Maple syrup, White wine, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: milk, fish, sulphites

Serving Instructions: Ready-to-enjoy. Bon Appetit !

Can be stored in the Refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not freeze. 


Jar of Foie Gras Mousse (200g)

Ingredients: Duck Foie Gras, White wine, Spices.

Serving Instructions: Take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Bon Appetit !

Celery Root Remoulade in Light Dijonnaise Dressing (450-500g)

Ingredients: Celery root, Mayonnaise (canola oil, whole eggs, egg yolk, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, spices), Whole-grain Mustard (mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, white wine, water, sugar), Water, Black pepper, Salt.

Contains: eggs, mustard, sulphites.

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a salad bowl. Toss well and serve.

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated.



Lobster Bisque (500ml)

Duck Legs Confit with Fine Herbes (450-500g)

Ingredients: Duck legs, Duck fat, Fine Herbes (chervil, chive, parsley, tarragon), Salt, Pepper, Spices.

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Empty contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Potatoes Dauphinois au Gratin (2 ramequins)

Ingredients: Cream, Potatoes, Emmentaler cheese, Garlic flavour, Nutmeg, White pepper, Salt.

Contains: milk

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ramekins onto a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Ingredients: Dark chocolate, Eggs, Butter, White flour, Sugar.

Contains: eggs, milk

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the dessert on a baking tray and reheat for 2-5 minutes. 

Chefs Recommendation: Top Chocolate Fondant Cakes with a scoop of ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream. Bon Appetit !
