Ingredients: Lobster, 18% Cream, Tomato Paste, Brandy, Leeks, Onions, Celery, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: In a saucepan, bring the lobster bisque to a boil. Separately, in a mixing bowl, pour in the cream and whip into whipped cream. Do not season yet. In your serving cups or bowls, add a scoop of the Truffle Purée. Season the Lobster Bisque to taste, then fill each serving cup or bowl. Add a dollop of whipped cream. Serve hot. Bon Appetit !
