CHEFS BOX OF THE WEEK

Butternut Squash Soup with Coconut Milk & Espelette Pepper (500ml)

Ingredients:  Butternut squash, Coconut milk, Vegetable broth, Espelette pepper, Salt.

Contains: sulphites, Soybeans.

Serving Instructions: Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag into a saucepan and reheat for 5 to 10 minutes on the stove, over a low flame. Season to taste.

Chefs Recommendation: Add some croutons, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice before serving. Bon Appetit !

Conservation Instructions: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days and do not freeze.


Chicken drumsticks with pepper and brandy sauce (450-500g)
New

Ingredients: Chicken drumsticks, veal stock, water, 18% cream, Brandy, corn starch, black pepper, green pepper.

Contains: milk, soy, wheat or triticale, gluten, sulphites.

Serving Instructions: Microwave Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a microwave-safe dish. Reheat for 2 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Ingredients: Ground Veal, Veal stock, Kalamata olives, Tomato paste, Water, Corn starch, Green peppercorns.

Contains: milk, soy, wheat, sulphites.

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray. Reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Salmon Filets with Hoisin Sauce (450-500g)

Ingredients: Salmon, Vegetable broth, White sesame seeds, Black sesame seeds, Hoisin sauce (miso (water, soy, rice, salt, alcohol) water, sugar), Prune purée, Garlic, Soy sauce, Vinegar, Caramel colouring, Modified corn starch, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Spices. 

Contains: fish, sesame, soy, sulphites.

Serving Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Open vacuum-sealed bag and place salmon filets onto a baking tray, pour remaining sauce on top. Reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Ingredients: Wheat semolina, Dried apricots, Dried raisins, Dehydrated vegetable broth, Ras el hanout, Black pepper, Salt.
