CHEFS BOX OF THE WEEK

'Parmentier' Potato & Parsnip Soup with Bacon (500ml)
Ingredients: Potatoes, Parsnips, Bacon, Milk, Salt, Pepper

Contains: milk

Serving Instructions:

Stove Top Instructions: Pour soup into a saucepan and warm for 5-10 minutes over a low flame. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Microwave Instructions: Pour soup into a microwave-safe bowl and warm 2-4 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not freeze.
Braised Pork Osso Bucco with Tomatoes and Italian Herbs (450-500g)

Ingredients : Pork, Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, White Wine, Water, Canola Oil, Italian Herbs, Lemon Zest, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Spices.

Serving Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Empty contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Duck Legs Confit with Fine Herbes (450-500g)

Ingredients: Duck legs, Duck fat, Fine Herbes (chervil, chive, parsley, tarragon), Salt, Pepper, Spices.

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Empty contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Pudding Chômeur with Maple Syrup (2 ramekins)

Ingredients : Eggs, Cream, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Butter, Maple Syrup, Water, Yeast, Vanilla.

Allergies: Eggs. Dairy. 

Serving Instructions: May be eaten warm or cold. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place desserts onto a baking tray and reheat for 2-3 minutes. Chefs Recommendation: Top with a Scoop of Ice Cream and Whipped Cream. Bon Appetit !
