Serving Instructions: In a saucepan, bring the lobster bisque to a boil. Separately, in a mixing bowl, pour in the cream and whip into whipped cream. Do not season yet. In serving cups or bowls, add a scoop of the Truffle Purée. Season the Lobster Bisque to taste, then pour into serving cups or bowls. Add a dollop of whipped cream. Serve hot. Bon Appetit !
