Our Traditional "Tourtiere" Meat Pie (900g)

Ingredients: Puff pastry (white flour, water, unsalted butter, sugar, salt, vinegar, spices, whole liquid egg), Filling (ground pork, ground beef, potato, water, onion, seasonings, black pepper, salt, canola oil, spices).

Contains: Milk, wheat, gluten, egg, soy, sulfites.

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 °F and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown. Chefs Recommendation: Enjoy with a frisée salad, smoked duck breast, fresh raspberries and Parmesan shavings. Bon Appetit !
Lobster Cappuccino with Truffle Purée (500ml)

Ingredients: Lobster, 18% Cream, Tomato paste, Brandy, Leeks, Onions, Celery, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: shellfish, milk.

Serving Instructions: In a saucepan, bring the lobster bisque to a boil. Separately, in a mixing bowl, pour in the cream and whip into whipped cream. Do not season yet. In serving cups or bowls, add a scoop of the Truffle Purée. Season the Lobster Bisque to taste, then pour into serving cups or bowls. Add a dollop of whipped cream. Serve hot. Bon Appetit !
