Serving Instructions: Grill on the BBQ to desired doneness. With the use of a cooking thermometer, ensure that the internal temperature reaches 63°C / 145°F. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

4 Maple Sausages from Ferme Rang 4 Québec (serves 2 people)

Ingredients: Pork, Pure maple syrup, Toasted wheat crumbs, Maple flavouring, Water, Sugar, Salt, Spices

Contains: wheat

Serving Instructions: In a sauté pan, heat a small amount of oil. Sauté maple sausages on both sides until beautifully coloured. Finish in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes

Ingredients: Raw Chicken Breasts, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Pepper.

Ingredients: Red Cabbage, Carrots, Canola oil, Water, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spices.

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a salad bowl. Toss well. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Celery Root Remoulade in Light Dijonnaise Dressing (450-500g)

Ingredients: Celery root, Mayonnaise (canola oil, whole eggs, egg yolk, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, spices), Whole-grain Mustard (mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, white wine, water, sugar), Water, Black pepper, Salt.

Contains: eggs, mustard, sulphites.

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a salad bowl. Toss well and serve.

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated.



Roasted Baby Potatoes with Smoked Paprika & Garlic Confit (450-500g)

Ingredients: Baby potatoes, Olive oil, Candied garlic, Thyme, Smoked paprika, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !
