Baby Back Ribs with Our Homemade Barbecue Sauce (450-500g)

Ingredients: Baby Back Ribs, Barbecue Sauce, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: All our dishes are ready to serve and savor. You only have to warm up our preparations for a few minutes, in a saucepan, a pan and even in the microwave.
For an optimal tasting and the most tasty, we advise you to pour the preparation into a gratin dish to simmer and warm it up for a few minutes at 350 ° F. Bon Appetit !

Quebec Maple Syrup Sausages from Rang 4 Farm (4 sausages)

Quebec Maple Syrup Sausages from Rang 4 Farm  (serves 2 people)

Ingredients: Pork, Pure Maple Syrup, Water, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Maple Flavouring, Sugar, Salt, Spices

Serving Instructions: In a saute pan, heat a small amount of oil, then saute maple sausages on both sides until beautifully coloured. Finish cooking in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.

Ingredients: Celery Root (celery, water, salt), Mayonnaise (canola oil, whole eggs, egg yolk, white vinegar, lemon juice, spices), Traditional Whole-grain Mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegard, salt, white wine, natural sugar), Black pepper, Salt.

Contains: Egg, Mustard.

Roasted Baby Potatoes with Smoked Paprika & Garlic Confit (450-500g)

Ingredients: Baby Potatoes, Olive Oil, Candied Garlic, Thyme, Smoked Paprika, Salt, Pepper.
