Tomato Gazpacho (500ml)

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Celery, Cucumber, Red peppers, Garlic, Tomato paste, Tabasco, White wine vinegar, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: sulphites

Serving Instructions: Pour the contents of the bag vacuum-sealed bag into a saucepan and reheat on the stove top over a low flame, for 5 to 10 minutes. Season to taste.

Chefs Recommendation: Add some croutons, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice before serving. Bon appétit!

Lobster Cappuccino with Truffle Purée (500ml)

Ingredients: Lobster, 18% Cream, Tomato paste, Brandy, Leeks, Onions, Celery, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: shellfish, milk.

Serving Instructions: In a saucepan, bring the lobster bisque to a boil. Separately, in a mixing bowl, pour in the cream and whip into whipped cream. Do not season yet. In serving cups or bowls, add a scoop of the Truffle Purée. Season the Lobster Bisque to taste, then pour into serving cups or bowls. Add a dollop of whipped cream. Serve hot. Bon Appetit !

Croque Monsieur with Jambon de Paris (2x150-200g)

Ingredients: Ham, Gruyere cheese, White bread, Tomatoes, Milk, Butter, Flour, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350° F. Place Sandwiches onto a baking tray and reheat for 5-10 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Salmon Filet in Creamy Indian Tandoori Sauce (450-500g)

Ingredients: Salmon, 2% Milk, 18% light cream, Tandoori spices, Lemon Zest, Corn starch, Water, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: fish, milk.

Serving Instructions: Microwave Instructions: Do not open vacuum-sealed bag. Reheat for 4 minutes, 2 minutes on each side, allowing 30 seconds between sides to cool. Shake vigorously. Open and serve. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Chicken stew with Portuguese chorizo (450-500g)

Ingredients: Chicken, Tomato, Red bell pepper, Tomato, Onion, Chorizo, Mushroom, Tomato confit, Black olive, Tomato paste, Corn starch, Olive oil, Garlic, Onion powder, Red paprika, Salt, Chili powder.
