Duck Legs Confit with Fine Herbes (450-500g)

Ingredients: Duck legs, Duck fat, Fine Herbes (chervil, chive, parsley, tarragon), Salt, Pepper, Spices.

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Empty contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not freeze.

Veal Roulade with Kalamata Olives (450-500g)

Ingredients: Ground Veal, Veal stock, Kalamata olives, Tomatoes pasta, Water, Cornstach, Green pepper.

Contains: Wheat, Milk, Sulphites, Soy.

Serving Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray. Reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Traditional-style Braised Ham (450-500g)

Ingredients: Ham (Pork, Water, Salt), Coconut oil, Maple syrup, Yellow

Ingredients: Beef, Red wine denatured, Veal stock, Tomato pasta, Pear onion, Carrot, Cormstarch, Onion, Garlic, Black pepper, Salt, Sugar.
