Ingredients: Onion, Vegetable broth, Olive oil, Croutons, Gruyère cheese, Salt, Pepper.
Contains: Sulphites, Soybeans.
Serving Instructions: Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag into a saucepan. Reheat for 5-10 minutes over low flame. Pour the soup evenly into oven-safe bowls. Top soup with Croutons and Grated Gruyère. Broil in oven until golden brown. Bon Appetit !

Salmon Rillettes with Maple Syrup (200g)

Ingredients: Salmon, Smoked salmon, Onions, Whole milk, Maple syrup, White wine, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper.

Seafood Risotto with Cold Water Shrimp & Lobster Bisque (450-500g)

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, Cold water shrimp, Celery, Leak, Onions, Garlic, Parmesan cheese, Tomato paste, Lobster bisque, Brandy, Salt, Pepper.
Contains: milk, shellfish
Serving Instructions: In the microwave, reheat vacuum-sealed bag for 2 minutes on each side, for a total of 4 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Roasted Chicken Thighs with Brandy & Au Poivre Sauce (450-500g)

Ingredients: Chicken, Veal stock, Water, 18% cream, Brandy, Corn starch, Black peppercorns, Green peppercorns, Salt.
Contains: milk, soy, wheat, gluten, sulphites.
Serving Instructions: Microwave Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a microwave-safe dish. Reheat for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Truffle Potato Purée (450-500g)

Ingredients: Potatoes, Milk, Summer truffle, Mushrooms, Garlic, Water, Sunflower oil, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Microwave Instructions: Empty ramekins into a microwave-safe bowl and reheat for 2 to 4 minutes. Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ramekins onto a baking tray and reheat for 5 to 8 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !
