Crevettes à la sauce coktail
Temps de préparation :
 5 minutes

Le marché pour 4 à 6 personnes
- 1/2 t. de mayonnaise
- 1 c. à table de ketchup
- 2 c. à table de cognac
- 5 gouttes de Tabasco

Préparation:
1. Dans un bol, mélanger la mayonnaise, le ketchup et le cognac.
2. Assaisonner avec le Tabasco.
3. Remuer puis conserver au frais.

Broiled Lobster Tails with Garlic & Whiskey Mayonnaise and Grated Gruyère (2 half lobsters)

Ingrédients : Homard, mayonnaise à la fleur d'ail, whisky, jaune d'oeuf, huile végétale, sel, poivre et gruyère râpé.

Conseils de préparation :  Préchauffer le four à 400°F. Déposer vos demi homards dans un plat à gratin pouvant aller au four ou supporter la cuisson au BBQ. Badigeonner et étaler la mayonnaise à la fleur d'ail et au whisky sur toute la chair des homards, parsemer de gruyère râpé.
Faire cuire et gratiner les demi homards environ 20 minutes et 15 minutes si la cuisson est au BBQ.

* Conserver au frigo jusqu’à 10 jours et ne pas congeler.

    Ingredients: Potatoes, Heavy Cream, Emmentaler Cheese, Garlic Natural Flavouring, Nutmeg, White Pepper and Salt.

    Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the ramekins on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool and season to taste. Bon Appetit !
