Celery Root Remoulade in Light Dijonnaise Dressing (450-500g)

Ingredients: Celery root, Mayonnaise (canola oil, whole eggs, egg yolk, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, spices), Whole-grain Mustard (mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, white wine, water, sugar), Water, Black pepper, Salt.

Contains: eggs, mustard, sulphites.

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a salad bowl. Toss well and serve.

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated.



Maple Beet Salad with Lemon Zest & Toasted Almonds (450-500g)

Ingredients: Beets, Onions, Almonds, Maple syrup, White wine vinegar, Olive oil, Lemon zest, Water, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Spices.

Contains: tree nuts, sulphites

Serving Instructions: Pour salad into a salad bowl and toss well. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

AAA Angus Prime Rib (22oz / 650g)

Recipe Idea

Angus Prime Rib with Bearnaise Sauce
Preparation time:
25 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 cups of fresh chopped tarragon
- 5 egg yolks
- 3/4 teaspoons of butter
- Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, add shallots, tarragon and red wine vinegar.
2. Allow it to reduce by two-thirds.
3. Add egg yolks to a metal mixing bowl.
4. Make a water bath by placing the metal mixing bowl over a pot of boiling water
5. Whisk egg yolks, while adding small chunks of butter
6. Wait until the sauce is thickened before removing it from the water bath
7. Season to taste

Broiled Half Lobsters with Garlic & Whiskey Mayonnaise and Grated Gruyère (2 half lobsters)

Ingredients: Lobster, Grated Gruyere Cheese, Garlic & Whiskey Mayonnaise, Egg Yolks, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: Shellfish, Eggs, Dairy Products


Serving Instructions:  Preheat oven to 400°F. Open vacuum-sealed bag and place lobsters onto a baking tray, or BBQ-safe tray. Baste Lobsters with Garlic & Whiskey Mayonnaise, and add Grated Gruyere Cheese. Cook for 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown, BBQ for 15 minutes.

Truffle Potato Purée (450-500g)

Ingredients: Potatoes, Milk, Summer truffle, Mushrooms, Garlic, Water, Sunflower oil, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: milk.

Serving Instructions: Microwave Instructions: Empty ramekins into a microwave-safe bowl and reheat for 2 to 4 minutes. Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ramekins onto a baking tray and reheat for 5 to 8 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Haricot Verts & Cherry Tomatoes in Basil Pesto (450-500g)

Ingredients: Spinach, 2% Milk, 18% Light cream, Butter, Lemon, Wheat flour, Nutmeg, Salt, Black pepper

Serving Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray. Reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Artisanal Bread Basket (6 breads)

Ingredients: Enriched unbleached flour, Malted barley flour, Yeast, Ascorbic acid, Water, Sea salt.

Serving Instructions:
Bread Rolls are par-baked. To prepare them, bake in the oven or toaster-oven at 350° F for 5 minutes. Enjoy while warm and crunchy!
