Beef Coast with Bearnaise Sauce
Preparation time :
25 minutes

The market for 4 to 6 people
- 1/2 t. red wine vinegar
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 c. chopped fresh estragon table
- 5 egg yolks
- 3/4 t. butter
- Salt and pepper

Preperation:
1. In a saucepan, remove the vinegar of wine,

3. In a round metal salad bowl, remove the egg yolks.
