CHEFS BOX OF THE WEEK

Tomato Gazpacho (500ml)

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Celery, Cucumber, Red peppers, Garlic, Tomato paste, Tabasco, White wine vinegar, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: sulphites

Serving Instructions: Pour the contents of the bag vacuum-sealed bag into a saucepan and reheat on the stove top over a low flame, for 5 to 10 minutes. Season to taste.

Chefs Recommendation: Add some croutons, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice before serving. Bon appétit!

Roasted Chicken Thighs with Brandy & Au Poivre Sauce (450-500g)

Ingredients: Arborio rice, Shiitaké, Paris mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, Phollotes mushroom, Parmesan shavings, Sauce (water, cream, garlic, salt, black pepper, onion, parsley, corn starch, sugar, vegetable broth).

Serving Instructions: Warm up in the microwave for 2 minutes on each side. Rest 30 seconds and shake the bag during 30 seconds from top to bottom to emulsify. Open and serve.

Provence-style Vegetable Ratatouille (450-500g)

Ingredients : Tomato, Onion, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Eggplant, Zucchini, Tomato Paste, Olive Oil, Garlic, Bay Leaf. Thyme, Salt, Pepper.

Preparation tips: Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour the preparation onto a baking tray. Reheat for 10-15 minutes.

Button Mushrooms & Baby Spinach Casserole with Béchamel Sauce (450-500g)

Ingredients: Button Mushrooms, Baby Spinach, Milk, Butter, Flour, Nutmeg Powder, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Empty contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !



Potatoes 'Boulangère' with Candied Tomatoes & Bacon (450-500g)

Ingredients: Potatoes, Cherry tomatoes, Bacon bits, Vegetable broth, Olive Oil, Salt, Cornstarch.

Serving Instructions: Microwave: put in a dish and warm up in the microwave 2 to 4 minutes minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 °F, place in a baking dish and warm up between 5 and 8 minutes. Feel free to adjust the seasoning as needed and your taste.
