'Parmentier' Potato & Parsnip Soup with Bacon (500ml)
Ingredients: Potatoes, Parsnips, Bacon, Milk, Salt, Pepper

Contains: milk

Serving Instructions:

Stove Top Instructions: Pour soup into a saucepan and warm for 5-10 minutes over a low flame. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Microwave Instructions: Pour soup into a microwave-safe bowl and warm 2-4 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Filet of Cod with Pesto & Sundried Tomatoes (450-500g)

Ingredients: Cod, Sundried tomatoes, Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Olive oil, Corn starch, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: 
Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Open vacuum-sealed bag and place cod filets onto a baking tray. Pour remaining sauce on top. Reheat for 10 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Microwave Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents onto a microwave-safe dish. Reheat for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !
