Ingredients: Raw Sushi-grade Salmon, cubed, 2 Signature Sauces by Chef Jerome Ferrer.

Ingredients : Tomato, Onion, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Eggplant, Zucchini, Tomato Paste, Olive Oil, Garlic, Bay Leaf. Thyme, Salt, Pepper.

Preparation tips: Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour the preparation onto a baking tray. Reheat for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients: Button Mushrooms, Baby Spinach, Milk, Butter, Flour, Nutmeg Powder, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Empty contents of vacuum-sealed bag onto a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !



Potatoes 'Boulangère' with Candied Tomatoes & Bacon (450-500g)

Ingredients: Potatoes, Cherry tomatoes, Bacon bits, Vegetable broth, Olive Oil, Salt, Cornstarch.

Serving Instructions: Microwave: put in a dish and warm up in the microwave 2 to 4 minutes minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 °F, place in a baking dish and warm up between 5 and 8 minutes. Feel free to adjust the seasoning as needed and your taste.

Buttery Lemon Asparagus (450-500g)
