Mushroom Ragout with Creamy Persillade Sauce

Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, White mushrooms, Parsley, Cream, Garlic, Salt, Pepper. 

Contains: milk

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a sauté pan without any butter or oil. Sauté for 10 minutes total, 5 minutes over high heat, then 5 minutes on simmer. Stir regularly. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Can be stored in the Refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not freeze.
