Grilled Flank Steaks au Poivre "cooked at low temperature"

Ingredients: Beef, Veal stock, Cream 35% (milk), Pepper, Green pepper, Water, Brandy, Cornstarch.

Contains: milk, sulphites

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and take out flank steaks. In a very hot pan, sear for 2 minutes (1 minute on each side). Add Au Poivre Sauce. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !
