Cream of Red Vegetables with Coconut Milk & Basil (500ml)

Ingredients: Tomato, Red Peppers, Celery, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Ketchup, Coconut Milk, Basil, Tabasco, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Stovetop Instructions: Pour soup into a saucepan and warm for 5-10 minutes over a low flame. Microwave Instructions: Pour soup into a microwave-safe soup bowl and warm for 2-4 minutes. Season to taste. Feel free to add croutons and a drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice. Bon Appetit !

Ingredients: Chicken breast, 18% light cream, Onions, Semolina, Lemon zest, Olive oil, White wine, Lemon juice, Corn starch, Black pepper, Salt.

Corn Flour Tacos with Chili Con Carne (450-500g)

Ingredients: Ground Beef, Corn Flour Tortillas (corn flour, water, salt), Red Kidney Beans, Tomatos, Celery, Olive Oil, Green Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Oregano, Paprika, Cumin, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave

Maple & Dijon Mustard Glazed Salmon_ (450-500g)

Ingredients: Filet of Salmon, Dijon Mustard, Maple Syrup.

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and place Salmon onto a baking tray. Be sure to coat the Salmon with all of the sauce. Set oven to 350°F and reheat for a few minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Veal meatballs in tomato sauce (450-500g)

Ingredient: Veal, Italian tomato sauce dehydrated demi-glace, green pepper, kalamata olive, cornstarch.

Serving Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F, put in a casserole dish and let it simmer between 5 and 10 minutes. The preparation can then be accompanied by the toppings of your choice. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to adapt it to your personal taste.

Potatoes 'Aligot' with Grated Gruyère (450-500g)

Ingredients: Potatoes, Gruyere cheese, Milk, Butter, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: Milk

Serving Instructions: Microwave Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and empty contents into a microwave safe bowl. Reheat for 2-4 minutes. Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350° F. Open vacuum-sealed bag and empty content onto a baking tray. Reheat for 5-8 minutes. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Polenta a la Romana (450-500g)

Ingredients: Corn polenta, Parmesan cheese, Butter, Dehydrated vegetable broth, Water, Olive oil, Salt.

Serving Instructions: To a skillet pan, add a dot of Olive oil. Once warm, open vacuum-sealed bag and pour out polenta into the pan. Cook for a 5 minutes, or until seared on one side. Finish cooking in the oven for 5 minutes at 375° F. Bon Appetit !

Couscous with Dried Raisins, Apricots and Raz el-Hanout (450-500g)

Ingredients: Wheat semolina, Dried apricots, Dried raisins, Dehydrated vegetable broth, Ras el hanout, Black pepper, Salt.

Contains: gluten, soy, wheat, sulphites

Serving Instructions: Microwave Instructions: Do not open vacuum-sealed bag. Reheat for 4 minutes, 2 minutes on each side. Allow to cool for 20 seconds between sides. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to emulsfiy. Open and serve. Bon Appetit !

Ingredients: White rice, Onions, Green peas, Olive oil, Vegetable broth, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Salt.
