Cream of Red Vegetables with Coconut Milk & Basil (500ml)

Ingredients: Tomato, Red Peppers, Celery, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Ketchup, Coconut Milk, Basil, Tabasco, Salt, Pepper.

Serving Instructions: Stovetop Instructions: Pour soup into a saucepan and warm for 5-10 minutes over a low flame. Microwave Instructions: Pour soup into a microwave-safe soup bowl and warm for 2-4 minutes. Season to taste. Feel free to add croutons and a drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice. Bon Appetit !

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Do not freeze.

Butternut Squash Soup with Coconut Milk & Espelette Pepper (500ml)

Ingredients:  Butternut squash, Coconut milk, Vegetable broth, Espelette pepper, Salt.

Contains: sulphites, Soybeans.

Serving Instructions: Pour contents of vacuum-sealed bag into a saucepan and reheat for 5 to 10 minutes on the stove, over a low flame. Season to taste.

Chefs Recommendation: Add some croutons, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice before serving. Bon Appetit !

Conservation Instructions: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days and do not freeze.


'Parmentier' Potato & Parsnip Soup with Bacon (500ml)
Ingredients: Potatoes, Parsnips, Bacon, Milk, Salt, Pepper

Contains: milk

Serving Instructions:

Stove Top Instructions: Pour soup into a saucepan and warm for 5-10 minutes over a low flame. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Notre fameux cappuccino de homard aux copeaux de truffe (500ml)

Notre fameux cappuccino de homard aux copeaux de truffe
Pour 6 personnes soit 1 litre avec ses accompagnements
Disponible du 15 novembre au 15 janvier

Ingrédients : Homard, crème 18%, pâte de tomate, brandy, poireaux, oignons, céleri en branches, ail, sel, poivre, truffe.

Conseils de préparation : Dans une casserole, porter la bisque de homard à ébullition.
Dans un saladier, verser la crème fraîche à 35% et la fouetter afin de l'émulsionner en chantilly.
Ne pas l'assaisonner.
Déposer une portion de purée de truffes de la taille d'un pois chiche dans chacune des tasses dans lesquelles sera servie la bisque.
Rectifier l'assaisonnement de la bisque avant de remplir les tasses puis verser sur la purée de truffes.
Déposer sur chacune des préparations, une belle cuillerée de crème fouettée comme pour un cappuccino. Servir chaud et déguster.
