Salmon Rillettes with Maple Syrup (200g)

Ingredients: Salmon, Smoked salmon, Onions, Whole milk, Maple syrup, White wine, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper.

Mini Quiche Florentines (12 bouchées)

Ingredients: Shortbread pie crust (enriched wheat flour, vegetable oil, water, salt) Eggs, Spinach, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, Milk

Contains: milk, eggs, gluten

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Mini Quiches onto a baking tray and reheat for 5-8 minutes. Bon Appetit !

Lobster Cappuccino with Truffle Purée (500ml)

Ingredients: Lobster, 18% Cream, Tomato Paste, Brandy, Leeks, Onions, Celery, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: Shellfish, Dairy.

Serving Instructions: In a saucepan, bring the lobster bisque to a boil. Separately, in a mixing bowl, pour in the cream and whip into whipped cream. Do not season yet. In your serving cups or bowls, add a scoop of the Truffle Purée. Season the Lobster Bisque to taste, then fill each serving cup or bowl. Add a dollop of whipped cream. Serve hot. Bon Appetit !

Broiled Half Lobsters with Garlic & Whiskey Mayonnaise and Grated Gruyère (2 demi homard)

Ingredients: Lobster, Grated Gruyere Cheese, Garlic & Whiskey Mayonnaise, Egg Yolks, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Pepper.

Contains: Shellfish, Eggs, Dairy Products


Serving Instructions:  Preheat oven to 400°F. Open vacuum-sealed bag and place lobsters onto a baking tray, or BBQ-safe tray. Baste Lobsters with Garlic & Whiskey Mayonnaise, and add Grated Gruyere Cheese. Cook for 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown, BBQ for 15 minutes.

Potatoes Dauphinois au Gratin (2 ramequins)

Ingredients: Cream, Potatoes, Emmentaler cheese, Garlic flavor, Nutmeg, White pepper, Salt.

Contains: Milk

Serving Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ramekins onto a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !

Mushroom Ragout with Creamy Persillade Sauce (450-500g)

Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, White mushrooms, Parsley, Cream, Garlic, Salt, Pepper. 

Contains: milk

Serving Instructions: Open vacuum-sealed bag and pour contents into a sauté pan without any butter or oil. Sauté for 10 minutes total, 5 minutes over high heat, then 5 minutes on simmer. Stir regularly. Season to taste. Bon Appetit !
